Urgent Opening for the post of Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Mgr (Cutting Tools)-in NCR and Chennai Location.
Job Profile:-
Responsible for achieving the Sales target & Product target. Identifying and developing potential direct customers.
Recommend and establish dealers/ Marketing Partners in existing / new markets in order to meet the sales plan objective.
Providing market intelligence on competition, pricing trends, sales promotions and customers etc. to enable effective implementation of business plans.
Coordination with zonal positions for achievement of set sales targets and doing the necessary activities at a Regional level.
Responsible for the sales of all (Key/ Direct Accounts & Marketing Partners).
Developing & Training the sales team to understand the products and have the right approach to promote the same in target markets.
Incharge for assisting the customers in the selection for Cutting Tools as per the requirements and make available the resources at Customer end.
Sales of New Product at New Customers as well as Existing Customers & building relations at new customers.
Monitoring & formulating the strategies against competitor activities.
Preparing techno commercial offer and finalization of Orders.
Accountable for all online support and troubleshooting solutions to customers whenever required.
Maintaining the strong relationship with customers (Direct & Marketing Partners Customers) by providing the complete and quick technical support showcasing the activities which helps in generating New Business & adding new Customers.
Deploying sales and business development activities across the region while developing a competitive business development and sales strategy.
Setting and achieving top & bottom line targets within the prescribed budgets while making decisions on product-mix, pricing, and promotion to achieve set objectives.
Sustaining highest standards of customer service giving preference to customer satisfaction & promptly resolving customer queries/ concerns.
Work on developing Sales team & Marketing Partners & their team on improving sales efficiencies.
Keep a close watch on Retention Business, Development & Projects.
Conducting Technical Seminars on Safety, Application and effective uses of tools at Customer Ends, including driving other marketing activities.
Work with ZSM, ZPM & NSM to build a budget for sales value & product.
Ensuring sufficient activities in region through Sales team, MPs & their Sales team (CSEs) to grow business.
Review sales team, MPs & their team (CSEs) at set frequency for actual vs plan for each customer to achieve sales target.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
