Job Description

Roles

To lead and direct an effective Marketing function comprising advertising, media
relations, brand management, corporate social responsibility, marketing campaigns and
related support and logistics activities, in order to create consumer awareness and
demand, and to ensure that the corporate identity reflects the Banks strategy and
supports its position in the market


Responsibilities

  • Achievement of strategic milestones with respect to the marketing business plan
  • Increasing Net Promoter Score of MHL as an organization
  • Increase in Sales Leads (Marketing Qualified Sales leads)
  • Revenue growth target P&L targets (pricing decisions for product management)
  • Actual/ Planned Marketing Budget Growth in key accounts (Medico marketing accounts
  • Create a 5-year strategy for marketing of product offerings of MHL, in line with the corporate strategy to ensure market penetration, revenue growth and brand enhancement
  • Ensure that the budgeting process for the team is completed in a timely manner; monitor for compliance
  • image is always portrayed in the best possible manner in line with the desired brand positioning
  • Oversee the overall messaging in both internal and external communicationsincluding newsletters, circulars and announcements, press releases, annual reports, etc
  • Lead awareness for MHLs contribution to the community and to the Medical Practice, by publicizing the philanthropist pursuits and the KOLs of the company though proper communication to gain recognition externally
  • Create medico marketing offerings and marketing campaigns and monitor successful projection of Metropolis offerings to KOL and medical fraternity in the Indian subcontinent and abroad
  • Oversee all aspects of the brand identity associated with corporate identity of MHL- including content creation for promotional activity for existing PSC/APSC/ new Lab set-up, internal & external communications, applications, advertisements, etc
  • Monitor the planning, development and execution of all marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities in order to create consumer awareness and demand, strengthen market penetration and achieve sales targets
  • Engage and mentor the direct reports to prepare them for larger roles within

  • Knowledge of all product offerings of MHL and close competitor
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
