Personal secretary perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support. Their duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. They may also be required to organize event.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organizing events and conferences.
