Urgent Requirement- Channel Sales LEAD in @ Reliance Industries

Job Description

• Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets and meet the defined targets
• Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability
• Manage Channel partners, Field Sales Executives and their productivity
• Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge Selling Outlets, SIM Selling Outlets
• Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks of company products and merchandise
• Train and ensure required manpower at distributors for desired productivity.
• Drive basic distribution parameters
• Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, initiatives and their reporting to concerned.
• Propose certain requirements to push for better visibility in the territory
• Channel Sales, Field Sales, Retails Sales, &B2C sales experience is mandatory
