Work Location: (Raipur, Cuttack, Balasore, Bhubaneswar, Jagdalpur, Ambikapur)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to execute, review & promote the sales of Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1. Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
2. Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
3. Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstanding.
4. Monitor & review the distribution / channel marketing system.
5. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
6. Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses.
7. Crates Management & Effective Control.
8. Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
9. Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
10. Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Age. Min.:23 yrs Max.30 yrs

Experience: Min. Exp.3-8 yrs in Sales in FMCG/Dairy.

Preferably Male Candidates.

Two wheeler and valid license is must.
