Job Summary:-


  • Communicating with Dealers / Institutional Customers, making outbound calls to them and , and following up for orders.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential Dealers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Target the competitor Dealers / Sub Dealers and convert them into HNL Dealers.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.


Job Requirement:-

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relation Management.
  • Excellent communication & Convincing skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.


Education/Certifications and Experience:

  • B.Sc / BA /B.Com. (any Degree)
  • 2-3 years experience in customer care executive role.
  • Multi linguistic knowledge shall be preferable. (English / Hindi / Telugu mandatory)
  • Working experience in any FMCG/ Tele-com/ BPO industries are preferred.
  • Age group: 20-28 years
