Job Description

We are looking for a Social Producer (Project Manager) to successfully manage social content production and responses for some of the fastest moving, culture-driven brands (with special focus on personal care products).

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • You will develop a deep understanding of the client s business, their needs, expectations and requirements to help advise on the optimal solution.
  • You will work across different brands in the relevant category and ensure that efficiencies learned are applied across the board for Social Media content production.
  • Advising the creatives and community management teams on the best technical and creative approaches for assets in feed, stories, new applications.
  • You will ensure the content planning, development and production process is efficient, agile and fit for purpose to drive opportunity spotting for reactive moments in culture.
  • You will ensure everything runs smoothly end to end from scoping and estimation, through contracting and work authorization, resourcing and development, all the way to acceptance and reporting.
  • Manage a Creative Engine of creative resources that delivers on the content needs of the Global Brands.
  • You must be very technically minded with proven ability to work effectively with globally distributed creative and production teams, able to interpret client specifications and direct teams to deliver on time, on budget and with the highest quality.
  • You must also be able to partner closely with and collaborate effectively with the client s other vendors and suppliers.
  • Support the growth of the Social Media network team by working with the Global Client Lead
  • Support the Snr Global Community Manager and Community Managers with coordination of local markets and ensuring objectives and content targets are being met in your brand s key markets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • 5+ years of creative campaign delivery and/or agency experience.
  • Social content production management experience is required
  • Good understanding of social media channels and what content community management entails (although we are not expecting you to do any community management work)
  • Creative and technically minded in nature - we don t expect you to know how to code or expect you to come up with the next big idea, but you must be comfortable understanding the world in which these disciplines operate.
  • Strong client facing experience with the ability to instil confidence in the solutions and selected approach.
  • Able to effectively navigate conflict with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with experience implementing to a statement of work
  • Clear and concise communicator, to all levels of stakeholders both with clients and Oliver.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate people, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role on the project and someone who seeks solutions rather than just reporting problems.
  • Understanding of how the Social Media program fits strategically for Unilever and for Oliver.
  • Client-side or In-house agency experience
  • Recognised delivery qualifications such as Prince 2 or Agile SCRUM
  • FMCG experience
  • Strategic thinker
  • Flexible and adaptable
