Hi,

We are hiring for Jr Implementation Engineer who has at least 2 years of experience into the same.

About the Role:

As a Junior Implementation engineer, you'll assist Implementation consultants from project inception to 'go live', liaising with business teams to gathering customer requirements and produce specifications and eventually configuring the product to ensure it meets the needs of clients, whilst managing the full development lifecycle and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and individually manage Mid-market level configurations.
• Work closely with implementation consultants to understand workflow processes and business challenges to configure the product.
• Data Import and Export.
• Responsible for successful configuration of Replicons product suite for each client based on the business requirement provided.

Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic
value.

• Develop a strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles, and recommended plan of action
• Work collaboratively with various internal teams/individuals for the best interest of the client (Project Delivery Managers, Sales, CSMs, CIE, RI, and Support Team)
• Manage projects in absence of Implementation Consultant.
• Helps in creating BRDs if needed and Configures the product based on it.
