Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the Job description along with Client Business.
Source Profiles from various job portals and social network sources.
Selling opportunity and assessing candidate from JD perspective
Assess personality traits for role fits.
Prepare work MIS and Update.
Achieve monthly target on position closure and revenues.
Number crunchy resource with metrics for performance
Should be able to source and Screen profile as per JOB description

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be passionate Selling company profile in Tele discussion.
Strong Eye for details to understand the role and JD.
Go getter with street smart attitude.
Should be Tech Savvy.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Critical in Learning, New skills, technology and process.
