Answer to contact requests with 1st level of qualification in less than 24h on working days
Analysis of inbound and outbound leads and commercial orientation:
qualification request for the ones with potential (prospect creation in the CRM), disqualification for the others
Redirection of the interesting ones toward the most appropriate channel (Direct, indirect, digital)
CRM update (leads/opportunities)
Focus on Odbound
1st qualification based on contact details incl data (name, email, phone, role) and storyboard provided
Agreed on a meeting between prospect and Account Manager for hot/warm interest
Follow up on all qualified leads to opportunity finalisation (Qualified, Disqualified, Won, Lost)
For digital customers, act as the Digital Account Manager, owner of the digital accounts with no AM in the Direct Channel
Creation requests for the Company & profiles in the right tools from the CRM (eCare)
Commercial support during the customer lifecycle
Develop Digital sales
Regular analysis of the activity, improvement proposal and implementation for processes, tools, new offers to put in digital, selfcare features to be developed.

Customer satisfaction, results and business orientation

Rigor in administrative tasks
Autonomy and sense of organisation and responsibility
Capacity to interact with customers (online and call oriented customer)
Education and Experience
Must be a graduate
Must be having hands on experience in Telecom or ISP industry.
