Company looking for a seasoned Hr Personnel.

Should be adept with all hr Functionalities.

Currently should be handling a Lead position in hr.

Position is based in Cochin.

This company has branches across Kerala and Pan India.

Candidate should have experience handling recruitment phases, Induction, employee engagements, appraisals, leave management, workforce planning, Hr Policies (timely upgradations), Severance handling, training requirements and all other key hr functions.

Resource should posses a good communication skill, both oral and written. Should have a pleasant personality.
