Candidate should have 4+ yrs of experience in handling core legal work.
CS & LLB is mandatory.
Drafting vetting of legal agreements and discussing with Customer Vendor and internal stakeholders.
Review and negotiate contracts keeping company & business interest at the forefront.
Work with cross-functional teams including client business/legal representative to agree on the contractual requirements / changes in existing process and / or new workflows;
Liaise with business / Client representatives on multi-faceted inputs/terms to be agreed and drive commercial negotiation with objective of having contract mutually agreed at & signed;
Facilitate negotiations of various terms (including commercial & operational terms) for consideration in the contracts (both within Group & end Client contract) together with the Senior Management & Group Legal /Tax;
Maintain and develop relations with Group Tax & Legal to facilitate smooth process;
Ensuring understanding and interpretation of contractual agreement with respect to completion of required duties;
Ensuring compliance of audit requirements for India and International revenue accounting;
Provide secretarial support to group entities.
Work on special projects as may be assigned
Support on internal compliance for The Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act Corporate Social responsibility and related matters
Ensure timely and smooth completion of all audits i.e. statutory internal ISO etc;
Timely & accurate reporting to Management with updates;
Keeping abreast of latest development commercial awareness and business awareness.
