Job description:
1. Establish connect with Selected Dealer and Sub-Dealer focusing on Performance
Glass sales.
2. Establish connect with regular clients of Sub Dealer, like Fabricator, Contractor,
Freelance Architects and End Consumers.
3. Convince the clients to convert from Clear Float and Hard Coat Reflective to
Performance Glass.
4. Establish connect with the sub-dealer to make him the Brand Ambassador for
Performance Glass by developing brand recognition for Performance glass.
5. Generate opportunities for performance glass as a support function for Sub Dealers
and Dealer of the city.
Principal Accountabilities :
1. Generate demand through frequent visits to client/construction site with testing equipment
to demonstrate USP of performance glass.
2. Conducting Carpenter/ Contractor meets in coordination with TSM at the premises of Sub
Dealer
3. Ensure to get the Sub Dealer shop branded with P.O.P with Marketing support.
4. Must possess good customer to connect. Flair for maintaining fruitful relationships with
retailers and their clients.
5. Maintain knowledge of all products and services of the company and ensure adequate samples
at Point of Sale.
6. Identifying and making cold calls for new business leads and closing it with the retailers.
7. Pitching products and/or services. Clarifying queries.
8. Planning, executing and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
9. Developing sales goals for the retailers and ensuring they are met.
10. Proving training to retailers on the product and selling USPs.
11. Should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the TSM updated about
marketplace and competitor activity.
12. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
