• Understanding of Civil & Electrical Work
• Vendor Management
• Basic knowledge of MS word/excel
• Able to coordinate & manage transformation/project works through the general contractor.
• Check all completed work by vendors/contractors and update the status on the android app.
• Providing on ground / field support during exigencies
• Coordinate with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at the properties
