We are Hiring for Lenskart as Customer Service Executive at Delhi/NCR.

Job Description 

Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

Skills Required 

• 6 months to 1 year experience within a Customer Service role.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Rotational week off or 9 hours shift

Office location Either Delhi (Mohan Cooperative) or Gurgaon (ALTF near Sikanderpur metro station). Candidate should be open to
travel to any location during the time of their training for first 22 days.

all the shortlisted candidates have to go through CAST, WET and Versant.

Salary 2.75 LPA for fresher and 3 LPA for experience upto 2 years (in our CTC structure 1800 employee PF share and 1800 employer
PF share is included. Medical cover of 1 lac, group term life insurance cover of 5 lacs and gratuity amount is over and above the
CTC) + Upto 15k monthly incentives ( Depends on their performance ).
