- 8 to 15 years in End to End recruitment.
- Professional experience as a recruiter in the Aerospace & Automotive OR from Semiconductor industry
- Recruitment Experts in Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Engineering
- Proactively source candidates via, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, internal networking, company careers page
- Hiring Experience, manufacturing, mechanical design, and engineering requirements from Aerospace
- Experience in working in Engineering Services will be an added advantage
- Ensuring effective candidate management (Applicant screening, Pre-qualification by telephone, etc.)
- Work with senior stakeholders for co-creating campus strategy and take accountability for implementation
- Ability to multi-task, handle work pressure, deal with ambiguity
- Ensuring effective candidate management (Applicant screening, Pr-qualification by telephone, etc.)
Experience: 8 - 15 Years
