Desired Candidate Profile

> * Once there is a handover of clients from the sales team, the AVP Delivery will be responsible for the entire client journey

> * Maintain relationships even after the mandate is closed to get recurring business done

> * Expected to keep track of top tech movements in the industry to build delivery strategies

> * Sourcing of top-level tech talents

> * Managing a team to meet the set deadlines

> * Audit of all communications done with the clients by the team PL of the team

> Expected Qualifications

> * 15- 20 years of client relationship management

> * experience 9 years of CXO/leadership management experience Hands-on

> * experience in negotiations

> * Should be from search Firm

> * Should have managed a team

> * Expectations

> * Strong negotiation skills

> * Strong communication skills

> * Strong persuasion skills

> * Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem Good analytical skill

> * Well versed with various tech stacks

> * Quick to adapt/iterate
