Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• To connect with the prospects / clients via Online leads and convert the same to customer.
• Advising clients on insurance products basis the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc.
• Relationship management with clients ensuring annual revenue target achievement.
• Responsible for reporting to meet the targets along with Support team.
• Responsibility of selling Life insurance and Nonlife Insurance products as well as other Cross sell products.
• Improve business quality by ensuring ECS (Electronic clearing system) is mandatory for renewal premium collection. Persistency management for renewal premium collection.
• Details against all leads should be updated on the LMS( Learning Management System).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Language Preference: Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, English (Hindi is mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance sales.
