Experience - 15- 20 Years 

CTC - 18 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to top management.

Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Overseeing engineering related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.

Setting up project completion targets and achieving the same within time and cost parameters.

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

Optimising man & machine utilisation to achieve pre-set production targets.

Coordinating successfully with internal and external authorities for the smooth working operations.

Undertaking Time Motion study to achieve better utilization of man &machines.

Implementing systems and procedures for the smooth working of operations.

Leading and mentoring the team for the accomplishment of targets.

Implementing best practice engineering methods.

Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management.

Delegate project tasks to junior team members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Use and continually develop leadership skills

Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.

Presenting budgets and plans.

Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.

Dismissing and hiring new staff.
