Job Description

Should have understanding of workings of BPO & should have spent min 5 to7yr in the industry
2 yrs experience as a Team Leader in collections domain from BPO
Credit Card collections a must or would any Collections experience work

Required Candidate profile

The leader would be required to drive collections either within Inbound or Outbound (manual as well as dialer based portfolio) setup.
Willing to work in shifts
3rd party U.S collections experience is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skill
