What is our requirement?
Role: Project Manager
Experience: Min 3+yrs.
Working days: 5 days working (Saturdays & Sundays Fixed Off)
Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)
We are looking out for Project Managers having architect-level technical expertise and experience and recent to 3-4 years of core experience in end-to-end Project and Client management. The purpose of the role is to join the IT Division's leadership team and provide necessary technical & managerial guidance to the immediate team members; other cross-functional teams/members.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in developing project architecture & delivering products built using various PHP frameworks.
- Expertise in various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, React JS and Node Js.
- project deliverables to The roles and responsibilities includes Developing and managing information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables, Supporting determination of project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle, incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects, Monitoring ensure compliance with quality standards, Identifying necessary resources to meet project goals, Developing and executing project communication plans, Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Work with teams on a daily basis to identify impediments and Resolve them Empower and Motivate them to deliver high quality projects
- Develop and own cross functional software development plans that define planning, development, verification, operations, milestones, and quality of infrastructure and application development and maintenance initiatives
- Develop detailed technical understanding of all components to facilitate prioritization of requests from the Product Management organization and other key internal stakeholders as well as identify the connections and dependencies among other teams.
- Support the Scrum teams with monitoring schedule deviations, velocity and assisting in the development of corrective action plans at the program level
- Drive project requirements and work with other teams to continuously interact with stakeholders to set expectations,review objectives and coordinate resources across the individual projects.
- Work with Release Management organization to develop release schedules and intermediate milestones for release trains across product lines and ensure the engineering teams are aligned with the release model for predictable releases.
- Manage, track, and regularly communicate on-time delivery of multi-phased priorities to different levels ranging from cross functional teams to Executives. Work closely with the team of Client, Business Functions and key stakeholders across the company to successfully drive the project through various phases of Planning, Execution, Production Readiness and Post Production program health and sustenance of Applications.
- Responsible for managing successful delivery of releases into production on agreed schedules.
- Guide agile (Scrum and Kanban) transformation of the Software Engineering Product development side of the business.
- Hands-on with design review, Quality and Risk management and root cause analysis
- Facilitate continuous improvement of the process, practices and templates associated with Milestone gates.
- Maintain dashboards in Jira, Excel, status reporting tools providing real-time visibility across projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a Must
- Expertise in project management techniques and tools, to include Agile project management, risk management, change management, and project portfolio management
- Experience on JIRA is a Must.
