Define Test Policy and Test Plan
o Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing
o Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates
o Report progress to management and client
o Manage client relationship with appropriate communication
o Manage defects and Reporting
o Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusability
o Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)
o Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting
o Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies
o Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures
