Handling all types of secretarial work viz. drafting of minutes of Board Meetings,

General Meetings,

convening various meetings,

drafting agenda and notice of meetings,

drafting resolutions etcCorrespondence with shareholdersMaintaining of Statutory RegistersE-filing Forms/Returns etcObtaining approvals from ROC/Company Law Board/Central Government/Regional DirectorCompounding of offencesLegal and other mattersObtaining registration under NEIIP,

2007Compliances of labour lawsDealing with Pollution Control BoardObtaining registration under service tax,

sales tax,

Excise etcobtaining Trading licenceobtaining Power connectionDrafting of Partnership deeds,

Lease deeds and Agreements etc.Registration of NBFC from RBIDealing in Foreign Currency
