Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
1.Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
2.Conducting confidential interviews, checking reference and credit
3.Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
4.Proficiency in using portals and candidate databases.
5.Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
6.Client focus along with relationship building skills
7.Business acmen and market insight.
8.Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
9. Joining formalities.
10. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
11. Leaves and Attendance Management
12. Handling the payroll
13. Managing advance Salary, Ad Hoc Bonuses, Loans
14. Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management
15. Exit-Interviews
16. Full and Final Settlement
Employee Relation -
1)Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
2) They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
3) They are expected to stop all type of rumors and misleading communications.
4) They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
