Roles and Responsibilities
Define process for service report submission & ensure adherence.
2. Maintain the service reports in a systematic manner for billing purpose.
3. Update dashboard on a daily basis
4. Follow-up with operations team for the submission of pending service reports
5. Train the team on documentation / filling up of service report on a regular basis
6. Identify gaps in filling up of service reports & take corrective actions to get the same rectified
7. Verifying the Log Report & Sequencing
8. Tallying of manual work order with bar code (one time activity).
9. Timely invoicing with all required approvals & documents.
10. Maintain details of Nodal Officers.
11. Liaison with team & client for billing & payment.
12. Track & maintain all reimbursements
13. Submission of MIS report Monthly/Quarterly/Annually
14. Petty cash management
15. Document Management contract management lies with MIS executive
16. Facilitate revised valuation of equipment post completion of asset mapping (updations post 6months).
17. Liaison with ZMs for periodic condemnation list site wise & with required documents.
18. Track & Control Service Report books.
