Looking for Enrollment & Claims adjudication professionals in US Healthcare !!
EXP : 1 year - 8 Years

Process : Non -Voice

Work location : Chennai - Navalur - Bayline infocity

Interview Mode : Video round only / MS Teams

Education : Any UG graduates without Arrears (Need all sem marksheets /result copies)

Shift: Rotational Night shift

Interview location : Bayline infocity , Block 4, 5th floor ETA Technopark SEZ 33 Old Mahabalipuram Road Navallur, village, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103

HR SPOC : Priyanka (Mention this on the resume without fail)

Interview Date : 11th Nov 2021 - 13th Nov 2021
Timing :11AM - 12PM

Required :
Experience in Claims adjudication /Claims processing .

Experience in Members enrollment.

Good knowledge in International BPO /US Process .

Must have very good Knowledge Customer support/service .

Must be a quick learner.

Excellent communication skill required.

Good Listening & Comprehension skills.

Very good in English accent and typing accuracy - 7500 CPH ,Accuracy -90%

Flexible with Work from Office .

One way cab provided(Drop after 8pm shits) only upto 30kms radius from OMR Navalur.

Willing to work in Night Shift.

Only Immediate joiners Required.

Only Vaccinated candidates will be allowed inside the office for interview . Please take your first dose vaccination atleast before taking interview here.
