Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring achievement of sales for a specific category(Gold, Diamond & Silver).
Efficient store Operations.
Delivering best customer service standards.
Management of store staffs.
Adherence to SOPs.
To achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
To satisfy customer needs and expectations in terms of advance product information.
Maintain an effective and consultative selling approach

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Minimum 10+2 for sales associate.

Minimum Graduation for SIS In Charge.
