Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote finance products, insurance, and loan solutions using structured sales techniques
  
• Clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions in Hindi (basic English proficiency required)
  
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  
• Proactively follow up with leads to drive conversions and enhance customer engagement
  
• Handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales
  
• Prior experience in consumer finance, insurance, banking loans, home credit, NBFCs, or related sectors is highly preferred
  
• Fluent in Hindi with strong verbal communication and pitching skills
  
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Location preference: Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East Delhi
