We are Hiring For Customer Support Executive-  Dahisar

- Displaying complete onus to customers queries / problems
- Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
- Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
- Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
- Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance,
with excellent customer satisfaction scores


Desired Candidate Profile
UG - B.B.A - Management, B.Com Commerce
PG - M.Com - Commerce, MBA / PGDM - Any Specialization
Relevant Experience:
   2 - 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Procurement.
Business Understanding:
Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting,
Procurement, Shipping & Logistics added advantage
