Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the Brand and for new and existing designer or products
Responsible for implementation of the marketing strategy
Set and administer an annual marketing budget
Promotion calendar
Designer and collection launch
Instore and /out store events
Brand promotion
Collaboration
Brand content development and collaboration content development with designers
Create and manage a calendar of events such as exhibition ,designers webinars and pop up shows
Guide and monitor the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Manage and refine the organization's digital & social media
Implementation of strategy
Analyses the data and suggest changes to improve ROI
Lead management
Engagement
Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs
Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization's databases and external data
Identify new business opportunities
Conduct market research studies
Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
Effective implementation of CRM
Responsible to design engagement and promotion campaign to increase repeat purchase
Responsible for brand reputation management
You will be responsible to present weekly update on marketing in a formal review meeting with promoter
