Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for a Technical Lead Position at our Corporate Office.
The Roles and Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile (and web) based applications.
- Understand and challenge solutions proposed by vendors and partners.
- Define framework, portfolio, and methodologies; drive their implementation and evolution.
- Define architecture principles and make sure they are applied and adopted across all development.
- Provide technical leadership and support to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Participate in Unit testing cycles (with development resources) and Quality reviews
- Promote high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Solid grasp of Linux and Windows operating systems - Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Be proficient in scripting image deployment and bootstrapping
- Must be able to see opportunities for improvement, take ownership and closely work with the development team to drive product improvement
Proficient in Javascript (MEAN stack, React, React Native), Flutter and PHP and Database: PostgreSQL and MySQL
Python Knowledge is Mandatory - Intermediate
Job Requirements
- BE / B Tech / MCA
- Candidates with certification in Solution Architecture will be preferred
- 6 - 8 years of Total experience
- Minimum 5 years of core development experience in mobile applications and software architecture.
- Ability to do reverse engineering by identifying gaps in existing Technology Stack
- Sound knowledge of system architecture
- Ability to plan and formulate product strategy based on the latest market trends
- Must have strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient at multitasking and proactive in work responsibilities.
