Field Maintenance Engineer(FME) JD:

Field Maintenance Engineer

MTTR (Wireless, FA, IWAN, UBR & Transport)

Fault resolution within SLA

Competence Development (Self )

Usage of tools (FEAT,WFM,Ergraber)

Technical Competence (system login, site master etc) & fault analysis

Accuracy of Asset / GIS (WO)

Quality of PM

Integration of Network Elements (Sites, FA, IWAN, UBR & Transport)

Acceptance Testing of New Network Elements

Spare Handling & FEAT Tool Usage,CAM

Analysis of repeat failures and resolution

Complaints resolution within SLA customer/Business Complaints

Responsibilities:-

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all components / network equipment as per contract.

Preventive should be according to defined Preventive Maintenance schedule.

Performing corrective maintenance activities according to Work Order received.

Participate in field activities. & Any other responsibilities assigned based on business needs. .

Responsible for transmission and Radio network O&M, . Preventive maintenance and corrective .

Maintenance of MW and Radio network.

To Investigate the alarms, resolve fault & reassurance with NMC

To Interact with TSG for Customer Complaints

To interact with D&P, TAC and NMC for Change requests work orders

To interact with Local vendors for environmental upkeep of sites

To interact with environmental alarms at the sites.

To keep track of all the spares and their movement

Quality Deployment and integration of new nodes(infra as well as equipment)
