Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy && Market Insights
Work with business leaders to define positioning and overall strategy provides wide range
of support in the process from organization to date and evidence development
Translates data into evidence that informs strategy development and modification
Plan and conduct market research exercise, gather inputs and validation from senior key
stakeholders, assimilation, and consolidation of information to provide key insights
Supports in monitoring industry trends, competitor actions, economic developments,
regulatory and market environment to identify and plan for impact on business strategy and
operations.
Assesses existing and potential markets and customer segments including trends; engages
with internal stakeholders to understand business needs; conducts research and analysis;
and supports in translating data into executable and effective outputs and strategies to
enable growth
Support and deliver on ad-hoc research/whitespace research activities
Supports large cross business strategic initiatives if needed
Supports sales && commercial activities
Works closely with Commercial Operations Director to drive productivity, supports in
commercial operations activities, and manages monthly reporting/ analytics
Support in reporting financials for management meetings, reviews, and budget planning
Compiles potential customers and markets; responds to inquiries for solutions and services;
and researches prospects' needs and spending patterns
Works with business owners and respective teams to analyze segments and whitespace to
determine trends and opportunities
Support in creating assets including capability decks, business plan, quarterly update report
to BoD, etc. on behalf of commercial team
Develop forecast models to support decision making Investment requirements, ROI, sales
targets etc.
Support in tracking and managing group specific initiatives and activities
Lead, support, contribute to product development efforts as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Flex across multiple topics and management of changing priorities
Use and generate primary and secondary data e.g. interview information, market
research reports, annual reports, unstructured web based and opinion information etc.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis techniques e.g. forecasting,
financial analysis, thematic analysis etc.Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities and perform multiple tasks
Ability to maintain demanding timelines
Possess strong organizational && communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to Manage cross-functional projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the
organization to accomplish team goals
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Strong academic record, advanced degree or MBA an advantage
4-8 years healthcare or technology experience and demonstrable knowledge of the
issues and current developments in the healthcare and technology industries
Good to have experience in delivering consulting projects
Sales && Commercial Ops and/or strategy experience
Experience delivering projects, reports, presentations and analysis to senior level
stakeholders/customers to agreed time and quality targets
