Reliance Jio is Hiring for Jio Mart Sales Lead for Jio Mart Digital

location: Vizag, East Godavari, West Godavari, Srikakulam

Job Responsibilities:

1. JMD Lead is a frontline people manager role in the JC (Jio Center) and act as a Master Trainer and Coach

2. JMD Lead would be the Business Manager at JC and would be the End-to-End Owner of each and every retailer premise and manage the entire retailer lifecycle

3. Responsible for onboarding retailer in the program as per the target scope.

4. Responsible for driving the overall project at the JC.

5. Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales team

6. Responsible for Planning and achieving Brand wise and town wise growth.

7. He will act as a coach to nurture and handhold them by showcasing the on-boarding process of retailer and also do retailer visits in market for driving the business.

8. Develop territory (JC), market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals.
