Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Proficiency in providing critical inputs for formulation of credit and risk strategies.
Adept in managing & leading teams for running successful Credit process operations & experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in training & development, relationship management and planning.
Work in Advance suite system according to LAP Loan profile cases.
Credit Appraisal Underwriting of LAP loan files as analyzing applicant's financial status and credit evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Meeting with applicants (PD) to obtain information for loan applications and analyzing the financial situation of the client through business place visits.
Handling the complete Credit & Backend process at Zonal level and train the resources regarding Credit, Operations and Sales documentation part.
