Job Description
We are hiring Account Executive for our Noida office
Total Exp : 2-5 yrs
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days only
Job Location : ( Noida sec 142 /WFH until pandemic)
Cab facility : Yes
Shift : Normal
Pls find below the JD :
- Ensure accuracy & completeness of revenue accounting and customer billing.
- Ensure coordination within the team and with other stake holders to achieve desired results with in timeline.
Key Accountabilities:
- 1. Maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures
- 2. Understand the relevant clause of SOW and MSA
- 2. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
- 3. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- 4. Prepare financial statements and schedule
- 5. Support month-end and year-end close process
- 6. Set up vendor invoices for payment
- 7. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- 8. Ensure ongoing validation of Master data in system used for revenue recognition and
- Customer billing.
