We are looking out for a Digital Lead- IT with a Top Retail/QSR Brand in India

Reports to Senior Vice President - IT
Key responsibilities/ accountabilities:
As per technology road map plan, document, execute, and complete large-scale Digital transformation projects adhering to strict deadlines and within budget.
Set and implement the digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
This includes in-house and offshore briefing and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party vendors/consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
In addition to this, the Digital IT lead will need to be self-sufficient and must possess a solid understanding of Digital transformation, Project Lifecycle, and Project Management best practices.
Requirements
Having over all 10+ years of project management experience in delivering web/mobile applications, Order Management systems, CMS-based website projects, and experience of delivering app builds in Retail / E-Commerce.
Application expertise Python, PG SQL, PWS, React JS, React Native, APIs, AWS
Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation, and execution
Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem by identifying new tools, enhancing and improving our solutions
Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
Quality Management: The ability to ensure that project delivery meets the quality needs for which the project as defined by both best practice and client expectations
Resource Management: The ability to task manage globally distributed project teams; this includes aligning on project objectives and goals, defining roles in the project, and assigning project team members to those roles
Risk Management: The ability to identify, analyze, and properly respond to project risks
Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Experience running projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Emphasis on best practice project management techniques
Manage a team of developers and deliver the project
Report project progress and anticipate risks
Manage and optimize internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
Project execution including scope change, briefing, burn rate, and progress tracking
Experience in reading and understanding technical and functional specifications
Must work closely with Digital Marketing, Branding, Operations and Finance teams in delivering projects.
