Requirement for A 5 STAR RESORT IN MALDIVES

Minimum 3 years experience in same position in 5 star resort / hotel.
Hotel school diploma or degree in hotel management, culinary arts or similar field.
Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
Must be a strong leader who is capable to manage a multi-cultural team.

Role: The Executive Sous Chef is responsible to assist the Executive Chef for overall Kitchen
operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing and
controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. Exhibits culinary talents by personally
performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions
including hygiene standards are being met and ensuring that all products received are in highest
quality.
