Roles & Responsibilities

• Culinary skills, with a focus on baking and bread making
• Oversee the day-to-day baking operations, including the preparation, baking, and finishing of bakery items.
• Understanding and adherence to hygiene and safety standards in food preparation
• Good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
• Experience working in a bakery or commercial kitchen
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
