Job Description

Manage the team
Prepare the Ops reports
Understands the working of dialer
Ensure that the sales/team targets are achieved
Meet and exceeds individual and team KPIs
Ensure team bonding and keep motivating the team
Have to take level 2 / verification / supervisor calls and ensure sales and client satisfaction
ATL/TL is required to manage the team of GST Experts who further sell the Franchise License of GSC on verified leads (no cold calling) by briefing the customer about the business opportunity .
