Urgent hiring for Outbound sales Team Leader / TL Outbound sales  (Team handling)

Salary upto 35k+Incentives

6 days working

REQUIRED Excellent communication skills

Required at least 1 yrs of Outbound sales Team handling experience

Job Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of 10 to 15 outbound call center agents for membership enrolments along with individual contribution
2. Monitoring enrolments and strategizing to increase the same from each channel.
3. Monitoring sales from different channels and ensuring that all channels including telemarketing, hotel leads, direct sales, single opt-in emails, flyers, posters etc. are utilized. Also, promoting www.hotelmemberships.com.
4. Ensuring proper grooming standards are maintained at the office.

5. Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking way.

• Desired Profile:

• Smart, confident and excellent communication skills in English.
• SThe individual must have at least 5 years of sales experience in outbound call centers for sales
• Good leadership and Organizational skills.
• Adapting to the imperative changes required post Covid 19
• Should not have any restrictions and reservations in terms of work-related requirements and Multitasking.
