Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice calls (Inbound/Outbound)

• Provide technical or customer support

• Resolve customer queries effectively

• Maintain quality and process compliance

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Technical Support or Customer Support

• Good English communication skills

• Willing to work in US Night Rotational Shifts

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC up to 6.50 LPA (20%30% hike on last CTC)

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Week Offs

• Two-way cab provided
