Job Description
Expertrons is one of the worlds largest AI Videobot assisted platforms, focusing on providing a Career Transformation journey, is led by IITB alumni and second-time Ed-Tech entrepreneurs, Jatin Solanki(previously founded StepApp & EduIsFun) and Vivek Gupta (whose previous venture got acquired by a publicly listed company).
Recently Expertrons raised a funding of $2.3 Mn in the Pre Series A round witnessing investors like Yoga Capital, Venture Catalysts, Auxano Capital, and existing investors LetsVenture, Ivycap Ventures, Iceland Venture Studios, Nikhil Vora (MD, Sixth Sense), and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate is on-boarded
3. Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics
4. Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements.
6. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
7. Must have experience in stakeholder management, bulk hiring, staffing and leadership hiring.
Requirements:
- 1 Year - 5 years relevant experience in Non-Tech hiring- Retail/BFSI/Ed-tech recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times Job , Updazz, IIM jobs etc.
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- People from Recruitment Consulting background, BFSI, NBFC, Real Estate, Retail, EdTech are preferred.

Salary - Up to 10 LPA (No bar for Rockstar Candidates)
