We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Sourcing Specialist
Looking for talented and creative resource with strong analytical though process who can help us to perform cost analysis in detail and update system with correct cost details. The individual in this position will act as a trail blazer for the team and increase development, delivery, and operational efficiencies through best practices, industry standards and high quality of performance.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
Overall responsibility for quality and timeliness of process delivery
Business support for Emergent parts for Planned and Unplanned outage
Sales Team request gathering, Supplier identification & RFQ tendering
Drawings and requirement understanding and coordinating with end users
Coordinate with sourcing and vendors to acquire relevant information to support quote process
Pull supportive drawings from PLM/ RPDM systems for the supplier quote packages
Reviewing quotes, price variance, delivery schedule, country of origin etc
Gain understanding of processes, process upstream/downstream, different logics and general operating environment
Supplier management, Delivery schedule finalization & PO process management
To provide improvement ideas for the process using digital tools
Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Drive quality initiatives, i.e., Lean, six sigma ideas / Projects
Provide AdHoc support to Customer requirements
Customer:
Close Interaction with Customer & business.
Able to manage clients independently
Endeavor to maintain a high VOC Voice of Customer Score.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate degree or equivalent in Engineering/Science/Commerce (prefer with 2+ years of relevant working experience either in sourcing analysis or Supply Chain domain).
Knowledge of PLM, SAP, Oracle systems preferred.
Good with MS office specially on EXCEL and Power Point.
Preferred qualifications
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )
Strong attention to detail.
