Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Production Support
In this role, you will be responsible to build solutions and deep knowledge of the latest technology interventions to optimize the support operations, and should have an end-to-end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, build the solution, which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities
- Handling VIP user query/issue on shared mailbox or ServiceNow tool (planned) and providing on-time resolution.
- Setting up access for new users.
- Testing few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev/Sandbox/Training)
- Coordinating between key stakeholders, Development(L3) and other support team
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in providing Level 1/2 application support (complex workflow)
- Clear communication style and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders both orally and written in excellent English.
- Experience/knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Incident management)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppt
- Must have IT background
- Experience range is 0-2 years
- Should NOT be from Hardware(Desktop/latop), Networking or floor support type of role.
