Experience: Min.2 + years experience in insurance in agency channel

Qualification: Any Graduate

Must have open market and area knowledge.

One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude

Work Profile:

Recruitment of advisor effectively communicate with every day to reach advisor targets and performs daily Transaction either Personally or by phone.

Managing monthly and weekly meetings with advisor to discuss our Plan to achieve the target.

Managing joint calls with advisor and convert their calls.

Keep advisor calls tracker and manage their leads. Responsible for update the team with adequate knowledge of industry.

Delivers proper information to team about membership club and internal Contest, reward and recognition.

Keep good relationship to all the customers by answering all their queries. Helping them with their needs.

Maintain good persistency ratio with clean MIS report.
