- Experience of sterile facility (injectables/parenteral).
- Exposure of regulated cGMP environment and inspections such as USFDA, MHRA etc.
- Perform the market complaint investigation and its report preparation.
- Handling of QMS elements such as NCR, OOS, CAPA & Change control etc.
- Root cause identification, impact assessment and CAPA management.
- Risk Assessment.
- Field Alert Report (FAR), Quality Defect assessment and its reporting to regulatory agency.
- Handling of product/mock recall from global/domestic markets.
- Exposure of Trackwise system.
- Trend Analysis.
- Good writing & report preparation skill.
- Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Good Team player/flexible work hours.
