- Roles : Trainee Manager
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations.
- Providing customers with quotations.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- GROWTH
- Stage 1: Trainee manager :- (1week to 1 Month) As a Business Associate we are going to provide Brand promotion and sale training on face to face based. you will be involved face to face brand promotion. Stage 2: HRD TRAINER (1-2 Month) As a Trainer you will be learning How to train and develop New Business Associates for Brand Promotion. Where candidate will have responsibilities to train and develop New Business Associate. Stage 3: TEAM LEADER (3-5 Month) As Team Leader you will be getting Basic level of Human Resource Management Training, where you will be train how to manage crew and handle them and you will be developing you Leadership Qualities. you will be responsible to handle 4-5 Business Associate under you. Stage 4: ASST. BUSINESS HEAD (4-8 Month) As Asst. Business Head You will be trained complete Business Operation which includes, Sales , Recruitment, Training and development, Administration, Back end operation and Finance Management. You will be Responsible to handle 12-15 Crew in you team. Stage 5: BUSINESS HEAD (8-12 month) As Business Head you will be given a independent Branch Office to handle it. You will be responsible for complete Business Unit, where you are going to handle End to End Operation of the branch like Recruitment/ Training and Development/ Business Operation/ Finance Management/ Decision Making, Business Expansion etc. Managing at least 15-20 Business Associate, Trainers , Crew Leaders and Ex. Crew Leaders Team together.
