We are hiring for Team Leader
Experience - 3 to 8 years only in domestic NON IT hiring ( FMCG, Consumer durable, Education)
Shift : Domestic
*Good communication skills is a must.
- Would be responsible for strategizing, implementing completing the entire lifecycle of the projects.
- The incumbent would be managing multiple clients and responsible for client servicing.
- The incumbent should be able to achieve Recruitment target.
- Should be responsible for End to end recruitments with the team and individual.
- Must ensure project completion within stipulated timelines.
- Would be responsible for maintaining pro-active and constructive relationships with clients.
- Should identify the areas of process improvement and service enhancement.
- Should have experience in Team management.
- Should have strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Should able to handle all client escalations.
- Manage client mining and sales.
- Strong client focus and understanding of client servicing
