Role - Senior Associate Server && Network Infra
Location - Bangalore

Job description :
Qualification and prior experience
6 to 8 years hands-on experience in relevant environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent
experience.
CCNA/ CCNP Security Certification is preferred
Prior experience in a 24x7x365 operations environment
Should have knowledge of trouble ticketing tools.
Good Conceptual understanding of network security technologies.
Should have good understanding of ITIL processes
Primary responsibilities
o Hands-on Experience on SDN (CISCO Fabric ACI).
o Expertise level in Routing (Dynamic && Static) && Access Control list (CISCO && JUNIPER,
Palo alto, Sophos etc.).
o Strong hands-on experience on Cisco Security products like: Cisco ASA FirePower,
Cisco, Proxy solution and Cisco Any Connect VPN.
o Design, implement and maintain the infrastructures covering on-premise (main data
center and backup sites) AWS and Azure.
o Advanced hands-on experience in Switching related issues (Port Security, STP, HSRP,
VRRP, GLBP, and Ether channel).
o Design and manage windows server infrastructure (AD, DHCP, DNS)
o Intensive operations and problem-management experience in large-scale
enterprise infrastructure environments (e.g., VMware, Windows/Linux, AWS,
Azure, hyperconverged systems, SAN and NAS, load balancers).
Experience building out Data Center and POP environments (with knowledge
of space planning, cabling standards, power/PDUs, racks, etc.) would be an
advantage. Experience and knowledge of encryption technology is preferred.
o Strong domain knowledge in managing components of Public && Private cloud
infrastructure, (AWS, Linux System Administration, Azure, VMware &&
OpenStack Cloud Infrastructure).
o
o Wireless Access Point && Wireless Controller Configuration/installation/troubleshooting
(HP/Cisco/Motorola)
o core experience in network infrastructure and understanding IT Passive (Cabling)
and Active infra (PBX, Firewalls, switches, access points, Routers etc.)
o Hand-on experience to Incident and Change Management.
o Good understanding of Switching and routing technologies
o Ability to manage High Severity Incidents and isolate issues in an efficient and effective
manner
o Ability to interact and co-ordinate with various IT groups within the customer
organization
o Ability to engage Vendor / Principal in case of escalated support
o Proven experience of Security design && implementation experience;
o Demonstrate excellence in communications, presentation and customer focus skills.
o Proven commitment to quality results.
o Plan and Execute Change request as per plan
o Perform Post Analysis on failed Changes
o Must Know: Cisco ASA (Firewall VPN and IDS).
o In-depth knowledge on Security Technologies: Firewall, VPN, Proxy and IPS.
o Proven Ability to Manage Multi-Vendor Environment.
o Understanding of Switching and routing technologies.
o Hands-on experience on Multi-vendor hardware like Checkpoint firewalls, BIG IP F5 load
balancers && Proxy hardware
o Hands-on experience: DMVPN, SSL VPN/IPSec VPN, Firewall skills, IPS/IDS, Internet
proxy, Load Balancers.
o Ability to manage High Severity Incidents and isolate issues in an efficient and effective
manner.
o Ability to interact and co-ordinate with various IT groups within the customer
organization
Operational
o Execute Health Checks, Monitoring and Management of Network && Security devices
o Plan and Execute Change request as per plan
o Provision VPN services as per customer request
o Create design standards and specify network solutions to meet the Customer
businesses' requirements.
o Provide On call Support as and when required
